RETURN POLICY
In addition to any manufacturer warranties, we guarantee that every item we sell will function as expected. If an item arrives in non-working order please contact SellEdge Inc. within 48 hours of receiving the product for a return merchandise authorization number (RMA). The item will be repaired or replaced in the event that a replacement is not possible a refund will be issued.
Please be sure to see the item descriptions for details of the manufacturers' warranties which apply in addition to our guarantee.

30 Days
If any item ceases to function properly within 30 days SellEdge Inc. will repair or replace the item.
7 Days
Any Unopened item received back within 7 days can be refunded less a 10% restocking fee. (Please note that shipping fees are not refunded)
Please contact our customer service to obtain your RMA#. All returned items must have an RMA# that is plainly noted on the return label on the outside of the parcel. Any return without an RMA # plainly marked on the outside of the parcel will not be accepted.
All Returns must be packaged in original box and packaging material. All returns received in improper packaging will be charged a processing fee.
There is no warranty on physically damaged items. Claims for loss or damage sustained during shipping must be made to the carrier.
Refused Shipments
Items that are refused will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Purchaser is responsible to ship the product, at his/her own expense, back to SellEdge Inc.. Return shipping costs are not covered.
We will ship replacement items out at the lowest level (rate) available.
